About us

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the largest Australian social reform since Medicare. It's life changing for people with disability… but that doesn't mean it's easy to navigate. And that's where My Plan Manager comes in

As a financial intermediary operating in the NDIS ecosystem, we un-complicate the NDIS for participants by supporting them to manage the funding in their NDIS plans. That means our award-winning team and tech take care of financial administration – like managing budgets, processing invoices, and providing compliant financial reporting – and our clients get on with what's important to them.

My Plan Manager is part of the MPM Group. Our values centre around being kind, genuine, innovative, and inclusive, and they drive everything we do.

About the role

Operating within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant is focused on providing quality client centred service.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Team Manager, you'll:

• connect with clients by phone to understand their needs

• process invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standards

• support disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoices

• work proactively with providers, ensuring a single point of resolution for client queries

About you

Providing outstanding client centred service is your thing. You use your strong communication and problem solving skills – and empathetic approach – to make a positive difference for clients and stakeholders.

To be our next Client Relationship Consultant, you'll:

• have previous experience in an administration, customer service or call centre role

• have the proven ability to build relationships

• have the proven ability to work collaboratively in a team

• be able to multi-task, including typing and talking simultaneously

• be driven to exceed targets

• thrive in a structured, fast paced environment

• have, or be willing to gain, a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check

• be kind, genuine, innovative, and inclusive in everything you do – just like us

What's on offer

As Australia's first, largest and leading provider of NDIS plan management services, we're offering:

• full time positions with flexible rostering (between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday)

• a bright, modern and sustainable office in a prime city location

• the opportunity to arrange hybrid working arrangements upon completion of probation

• ongoing training, support and guidance to help you reach your full potential

• a monthly reward and recognition program

• room for career growth

• an extra two days of paid leave each year to engage in volunteering activities with a registered charity of your choice

• a fun, inclusive and vibrant workplace culture

We embrace equal opportunity, and we thrive on it

At My Plan Manager, we don't just accept difference – we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our clients, our team, and our work. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity.
