    About the Opportunity:

    The LUCAS Restaurants Warehouse team is looking for a new addition

    This is a varied role that will see you responsible for ordering and receiving stock, collating deliveries to venues, maintaining accurate par stock levels, general manual handling and deliveries. You will be reporting into the LUCAS Restaurants Group Beverage Operations Manager and working mostly from our North Melbourne facility.

    Hours: 7am-3pm

    Days: 1-2 days per week. Monday availability is essential

    Skills & Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in similar role
    • Ability to resolve work related problems
    • Knowledge and understanding of Hospitality industry (preferred)
    • Demonstrated experience maintaining proper records of the materials inventory.
    • Ability to recommend measures to continually improve inventory control and efficiency.
    • Experience adhering to occupational Health and Safety requirements and encourage proactive behaviours
    • Ability to use computer systems relating to stock management
    • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication
    • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Must have valid Victorian Drivers License
    • Folk Lift License desired, but not essential
