Collaborate with OTs, Dietitians, Psychologists & Mental Health OTs, Exercise Physiologists, Physios and Allied Health Assistants to achieve your client's goals.

Develop a broad skillset & discover areas of interest you wouldn't experience in the city, through rural generalist training.
Work in a multitude of work environments – in fully resourced paediatric & adult clinics, via telehealth, in schools, kindies, & shearing sheds.
The 2026 New Grad Program :
Comprehensive orientation; plus NDIS & admin training prior to taking on clients
Consistent 1 : 1 supervision with senior Physiotherapist; plus additional support as required
Peer support system with those who've been through the program
Multi-disc case-conferencing to resolve complex client needs

You have confidence in clinical decision making & problem solving
