You will represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and be required to negotiate, sell & build displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.

Flexibility is important: Availability between Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods such as Back to School and Winter. You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period from mid-December to the first week of January.

You will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager but need to work autonomously to succeed in this role.

This role will enable you to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity, and passion.

ARE YOU A FIT?

This role is ideal for an ambitious, well-presented individual with a passion for sales and marketing, seeking casual work or looking to start a career with Nestlé. Ideally, you will:

  • Have a current, valid driver's license and a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Be physically capable of lifting stock for displays and utilizing Nestlé's creative point of sale materials.
  • Be proficient with a mobile device (provided) to collect data and photograph displays.
  • Live within the designated area.
  • Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
