This position is perfect for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)—someone with a completed bachelor's degree—who's eager to take the next step in their leadership journey. You'll thrive in this role if you're looking to further develop your pedagogical skills while embracing responsibilities as an Assistant Director and Room Leader.

You're energetic, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education. You love building strong, respectful relationships with children and families, and you thrive in a collaborative, supportive team culture. You bring creativity and adaptability into your teaching, always putting the children's needs and interests first.

You'll Need

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates

Child Protection Certificate
