We have a casual role available within our Wellness & Lifestyle team for a Wellness Personal Care Worker - come and join our team

Your Role Will be focused on:

Delivering meaningful lifestyle programs that support residents to remain engaged, purposeful, and active in their day to day lives

Promoting resident independence, decision-making, and connection through strengths-based activities that reflect their preferences, cultural backgrounds and abilities.

Care delivered with empathy, dignity and attentiveness - supporting residents to flourish

Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support

Assisting residents with meals and hydration

Promoting wellness practices that enhance independence and quality of life

Following individual care plans and documenting care notes accurately

Safe and effective use of mechanical aids

What You'll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for this role, you mustbe passionate about building relationships with those in your care and have the commitment and energy to work within a diverse team.

You must have:

A warm, friendly, and motivated approach to supporting others

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.

Competency in writing and entering care notes electronically

Understanding of Aged Care standards and guidelines

NDIS Worker Screening or the ability to acquire

Experience in Aged Care is NOT essential, but the willingness and ability to learn is
