If so, we have an illuminating opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Assistant in one of 140+ dusk stores across Australia and New Zealand - dusk Lake Haven

Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, your mission will be to ignite joy in every customer who walks through our doors. Your radiant personality and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences will help us achieve our glowing goals. From achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to illuminating our store with captivating visual merchandising, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the dusk vision to life

Key Responsibilities

• Shine bright and consistently deliver perfect customer experiences, leaving customers glowing with satisfaction.
• Set the mood by achieving KPIs and ensuring our store's success sparkles.
• Work your magic with visual merchandising, turning our store into a mesmerising sanctuary of style and inspiration.
• Illuminate customers' paths by sharing your extensive knowledge of our candles and homeware products.
• Keep our store always visually enticing for our customers.
