Responsibilities- Assisting in the day-to-day operations, from ensuring the store is visually stunning to managing inventory and optimising product displays.
- Leading and motivating our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Delivering top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable.
- Problem-solving, resolving challenges and making quick, effective decisions.
- Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure a safe environment for customers and the team.
- Deliver business objectives.
