OutSystems Tech Lead x 2 Melb and Sydney

OUTSYSTEMS DEVELOPERS - MELBOURNE - SYDNEY - ADELAIDE

Right now, there is an urgent/ immediate need for an OutSystems Tech Lead developer based in Melbourne and one in Sydney.
If you are an Australian citizen, this will be an extra benefit, as many of our clients require a security clearance that is only available to Australian citizens.

In addition, we have a number of up and coming permanent and contract opportunities over the next three months for intermediate and senior OutSystems developers. These positions are for projects with a range of clients and there are up-coming positions in Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide.

OutSystems Platform Proficiency: You will be a very senior OutSystems developer with the desire to advance to Tech Lead or you will already be a recognised and qualified Tech Lead. You will have a deep working knowledge of all aspects of the OutSystems platform, including its architecture, development environment, and deployment processes.

Experience Level: For mid-level roles, we require 3 - 4 years OutSystems development experience, while for senior developers and Tech leads, you will have 5+ years experience.

Application Development: You will have the ability to develop, test, and deploy applications using OutSystems, including experience with web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

Integration Skills: Desired but not essential - experience with integrating OutSystems applications with external systems, databases, and APIs.

Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development methodologies, as they are commonly used in OutSystems projects.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Highly important is the ability to troubleshoot and debug OutSystems applications, as well as the capacity to solve complex technical challenges.

Certifications: Highly regarded will be any technical certifications, such as OutSystems Associate, Professional, or Expert Developer certifications.

Collaboration and Communication: OutSystems development is more often than not a "team sport" so working effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders, and possessing strong communication skills is an important competence.

Continuous Learning: Our clients highly value OutSystems professionals who stay updated with the latest OutSystems features and best practices, as well as a willingness to continuously improve skills.

Portfolio or Case Studies: An important aspect for our clients is an understanding of previous work or case studies that can attest to and illustrate your experience with OutSystems projects.
