Are you a passionate and experienced Mathematics educator ready to lead transformation in secondary Maths outcomes?

Summerland Christian College invites expressions of interest for the role of Faculty Leader – Secondary Mathematics, a strategic appointment focused on driving measurable growth and excellence in Mathematics learning across Years 7–12.

As a school committed to nurturing the whole child through Christ-centred education, this position offers a unique opportunity to combine your leadership experience, curriculum expertise, and spiritual gifting to make a lasting impact.

We are seeking either:

An experienced Head of Faculty with a proven track record of leading successful change in Mathematics education, or
An accomplished teacher with strong results in improving student learning outcomes who is now ready to step into faculty leadership.
The successful applicant will:

Model visionary, servant-hearted leadership aligned with the College's Christian ethos.
Provide pedagogical direction, data-informed strategies, and coaching to build staff capacity.
Lead curriculum design, assessment moderation, and academic culture to lift student outcomes.
Join a highly relational team of Christian professionals shaping young lives for God's purposes.
