Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute CUB's event calendar 6 months in advance, aligned with our event framework
- Work across unique event formats and take full ownership
- Plan and execute all event types, from community gatherings to keynotes and welcome evenings
- Drive member engagement before, during, and after events
- Act as community host—managing the front desk, greeting members and guests, and supporting clubhouse operations
What we're looking for
- 3+ years' experience in event planning, hospitality, or community management
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
