  About The Role
  
  Gracehaven in Rockingham is a 98-bed residential aged care facility currently seeking Casual Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team.
  
  In this role, you'll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, collaborating closely with residents, their families, and the wider care team to deliver person-centred clinical care that supports residents' overall well-being.
  
  As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide care and clinical interventions within your scope of practice, ensuring care plans reflect residents' evolving needs. You'll uphold their rights to choice, autonomy, and dignity, while respecting cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences.
  
  You'll build trusted relationships, advocate for residents' physical and emotional needs, monitor their health, and report concerns to the RN. You'll also support social engagement, collaborate with medical officers and allied health professionals, and guide Care Partners in delivering safe, high-quality care.
  
  The role also involves assisting with medication administration and maintaining compliance with all policies and standards. Ongoing professional development and a commitment to clinical governance are essential, as is maintaining current AHPRA registration.

  About You
  
  you will be a qualified Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration and solid clinical skills. You will demonstrate empathy and respect in your interactions with older people and possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to manage a busy and changing workload are essential. A commitment to ongoing professional development is expected, along with a partnership approach to supporting residents' daily living needs. You will have a customer-focused mindset and a sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and ACFI. Proficiency in using a range of IT applications is also required.
  
  Shift Patterns
  
  AM: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  
  PM: 2:45pm – 10:15pm
