Warehouse Manager – Gold Coast Airport (SSP Australia)

About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join us on a permanent full-time basis at Gold Coast Airport. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of the warehouse, collaborate with the team, and handle all warehouse administrative tasks.

You will be part of a culture where everyone feels valued, working alongside a highly supportive leadership team and friendly colleagues.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in achieving or surpassing business KPIs such as stocktake accuracy, managing out-of-stock levels, timely deliveries, and wastage data entry.
  • Experience in processing invoices efficiently.
  • Leadership skills in performance management and team development within a warehouse setting.
  • Experience ensuring food safety and WH&S compliance.
  • Ability to control operating costs within set targets.
  • Physical ability to perform manual lifting and stock movement continuously.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • A proactive, honest, and positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
