Overview:

Are you a strategic, results-oriented marketer with a passion for leveraging data to generate demand for innovative technology? As Myriota accelerates its growth trajectory, we're seeking a Manager, Demand Generation to lead the design and execution of marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline development and strengthen our position as a global leader.

The Incredible Opportunity:

As we rapidly expand our global footprint, this is your chance to step into a pivotal role as Manager, Demand Generation, reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Operations. You will spearhead the creation and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that fuel our sales pipeline growth and elevate Myriota as a category leader across diverse international markets.

This role offers a dynamic career path, providing the opportunity to develop leadership capabilities while shaping the future of satellite connectivity on a worldwide scale.

How you will drive success:

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with global growth objectives, with a strong focus on sales pipeline acceleration and lead progression.
• Lead core marketing functions including digital, PR (in partnership with our agency), and events to drive awareness and engagement across key markets.
• Work closely with regional sales teams to align campaigns with the buyer journey, ensuring smooth lead handoff, nurturing, and conversion tracking.
• Build and execute channel and partner marketing initiatives to support indirect sales and expand market reach.
• Bring a strong understanding of sales operations, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution to optimise campaign ROI and forecasting accuracy
• Monitor performance against budget, adjusting tactics to maximise impact and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand presence, and market traction.

What we value in you:

• Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in demand generation, preferably within B2B tech or satellite/IoT sectors.
• A strong understanding of the marketing-sales funnel and a track record of driving qualified pipeline growth.
• Practical experience managing digital campaigns, PR strategy, event marketing, and channel enablement.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset to track performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimise results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading webinars and engaging at industry events.
• Salesforce experience will be advantageous
• A proactive, ethical, and adaptable approach, ready to lead and inspire as the team grows.
