Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/ Part Time (30 hours per week)
Pay: $43-66/hr + Super
Responsibilities- Assist in providing the best start to a child's life and support development through purposeful, energetic teaching practices.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with families and create a sense of belonging for each child.
- Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs to achieve outstanding outcomes.

About Goodstart Wonthella- Purpose-built 99-place centre with five spacious rooms, providing a nurturing environment for children aged 0 to 5 years.
- The Kindergarten room caters to children aged 3–5 years, offering a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, delivered by university-qualified Early Childhood Teachers.
- The centre features five spacious rooms and purpose-built indoor and outdoor environments, including natural play spaces and sustainability-focused activities, fostering children's curiosity and development.
- Strong community connections, with the centre actively participating in local events and maintaining partnerships to enrich the children's learning experiences.
- Competitive pay - you'll get paid well above award and receive a package comparable to state primary school teachers (our Graduate Teacher starting salary is $80,000)
