Als Field Service & Project Operations consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van hoogwaardige consultancydiensten op het gebied van met name Dynamics 365 Field Service & Project Operations. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het onderhouden en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen, met een focus op het Field Service & Project Operations-domein.

Je bent onderdeel van een klantteam (ca 10 collega's) waarbij je gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk bent voor de klanten die in het team bediend worden. Je doet het dus niet alleen, je neemt deel in projecten om de lifecycle van onze klanten optimaal te leren kennen en te bedienen. Naast het afhandelen van verstoringen en wijzigingsverzoeken/optimalisaties geef je dus ook advies om de klantprocessen te optimaliseren.

Jij weet onze klanten iedere dag weer blij te maken door te komen met dé oplossing waardoor zij weer kunnen werken. Hou je van veel klantcontact, ben je proactief, vind je het leuk om te analyseren, klanten te adviseren en je creativiteit aan te wenden om problemen op te lossen en processen te optimaliseren, dan is dit jouw droombaan Je richt je op:

  • Het aannemen en opvolgen van vragen en issues van klanten.
  • Het opvolgen van vragen en issues conform onze beheerprocedures en gemaakte afspraken met klanten;
  • Het analyseren en oplossen van issues, al dan niet in samenwerking met jouw collega's;
  • Het doorvoeren van optimalisatie in de Dynamics365 Field Service & Project Operations inrichting van klantomgevingen;
  • Het geven van online instructies als antwoord op gebruikersvragen;
  • Het plannen, communiceren en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud in de klantomgevingen;
  • Het beoordelen/testen van ontwikkelde functionaliteit van collega's;
  • Het communiceren met klanten over voortgang van gemelde issues en gedane werkzaamheden
  • Handel met een sterke klantgerichte instelling om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant en positieve relaties te onderhouden. Ontzorgen van de klant zit in jouw natuur.
