Overview

Seasonal Retail Consultant | Aesop Chatswood & Chatswood Chase. Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support across our incredible Chatswood & Chatswood Chase store teams across Festive Season 2025.



Responsibilities
  • Engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them.
  • Welcome customers into our spaces and deepen their product experience through intentional interactions.
  • Demonstrate products that address customer needs to deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.
  • Support store teams to meet the needs of our many customers, process sales and keep stock levels adequately maintained and well presented.

What Are We Looking For
  • Ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but some experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Interest to learn product knowledge
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 24 November – 24 December, 26 December)


These roles are casual, commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs. We are seeking candidates with full availability across this period, including late-night and weekend trading hours. This operates on an on-site working pattern.
