Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Camp Australia is looking for Casual Educators to join our team in Sunshine Coast As an educator with us, you'll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement. Whether it's before school, after school, or during school holidays, you'll be the one helping children grow, learn and make lasting memories.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

- Receive a SIGN-ON BONUS of $500 paid after 3 months and completing a minimum of 10 shifts
- Enjoy above-award hourly rates with no weekend work required
- Receive split shift allowances when working Before School Care & After School Care, or attending team meetings outside of shifts
- Take advantage of career growth opportunities through internal promotions and study pathways, plus access subsidised Diploma qualifications for eligible staff
- Get paid for your onboarding and ongoing professional training and development
- Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
- You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability between 7:00 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
