Food Park Convenience Store is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products to our local community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Manage and train staff to maintain high customer service standards.

- Monitor inventory levels, order stock, set prices, and coordinate with suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.

- Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Fill shelves and merchandising special buys with the team members.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist the store owner in selecting the right people for the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Good knowledge of inventory control and sales performance analysis.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,500.00 – $86,500.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)

Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)
