Work as a SAP MDG Functional Consultant with a leading Consulting organisation on one of their established projects.

Responsibilities and Skills Required include:

  • It's purely a hands-on role for MDG & related replications to other connected systems for defect fixing & support for Go-live/Hypercare and BAU.
  • Implement, configure, and customize SAP MDG to support various master data domains (e.g., Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP C4C, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across the enterprise landscape.
  • Enforce data governance policies and data quality standards.
  • Design, implement, and monitor approval workflows for master data changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate data management standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for master data management processes, ensuring high availability and performance of the SAP MDG system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data, system performance, and process execution.
  • Ensure adherence to data security policies, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Define and manage roles, authorizations, and data access control within SAP MDG.
