We are seeking an experienced, proactive and IT focused Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive After Dark's growing clients towards success.

You will need to be extremely well organised and have good personal skills. You need to be articulate and have the ability and confidence to effectively liaise with team members at all levels. You must be able to work autonomously and know how to use all the productivity apps in our stack.

Responsibilities

  • Developing unique client roadmaps around our proven solution stack
  • Delivering quarterly meetings to present reports, look for opportunities to uncover and resolve technology challenges
  • Writing business cases to present to C-level executives and other decision makers
  • Liaising directly with clients around orders/quotes/queries
  • Prompting CRM refreshes to ensure clean data
  • Management of orders and pushing through back orders
  • Ownership of your client's renewals
  • Assisting the drive and development of sales campaigns
  • Working closely with Sales, Technical and Administration departments
  • Improving and developing the sales process with the Leadership Team

Requirements for Success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
  • A strong analytical mind with an eye for process and detail
  • A high degree of judgement, confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Capability to build sound relationships and interact well across all levels of a business
  • Experience with AutoTask & IT Quoter advantageous
