We have a staff opportunity for a Projects Manager – PIF (Paint, Insulation, Fireproofing) to lead and coordinate our ongoing work with clients in construction sectors.

This is a rotational role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee PIF workflows and project execution
  • Coordinate resources, planning, and scheduling
  • Support HSE compliance and team mentoring
  • Liaise with clients and lead site communications
  • Drive innovation, quality, and team performance
Minimum Requirements:
  • 7+ years' management experience in industrial or construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of coatings, insulation & fireproofing
  • AMPP/NACE 2 or ICORR Level 2 certification
  • Confident with project planning tools (Excel, Word, SAP, MS Project)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering or project management
  • EBA and IR/HR management experience
  • Business admin or HSSE background
