Are you ready to launch your sales career alongside one of the area's most respected agents? This is your chance to work directly with a high-performing Director and their team, gain hands-on experience across all aspects of real estate sales, and fast-track your growth to become a standalone agent within 18 months.

The role involves supporting a dynamic, high-performing team of four, acting as a Co-Agent in all aspects of the sales process. Fluency in Mandarin is essential due to a large Mandarin-speaking client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct open homes
  • Handle buyer enquiries
  • Manage the team's database
  • Make cold and warm prospecting calls
  • Research properties and prepare reports
  • Attend and assist with auctions
  • Coordinate building and pest inspections
  • Support buyer negotiations
  • Assist with marketing and campaign management
What You Need
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Certificate of Registration (COR)
  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A genuine interest in growing your sales career
  • High energy, a team-first attitude, and willingness to learn
