As a leading cleaning service provider within the Education industry, Menzies is expanding its team and is seeking passionate, qualified, and enthusiastic cleaning team members for an educational site in Ballarat.

Menzies currently provides cleaning services to over 8 major universities and more than 300 school sites across Australia.

About The Role

We are seeking cleaners to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 am to 8:00 am. Successful applicants may start immediately once all paperwork is submitted.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cleaning of public areas, including offices, facilities, and washrooms
  • Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste
  • Perform spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
  • Clean toilets, external areas, and walkways
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Respond to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requests

Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. All applicants must be willing to undergo and pass a police check and may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.

Applicants who are not Australian citizens or permanent residents must provide proof of entitlement to work, including any restrictions on hours.
