Your opportunity to join our team

We are looking for Breeder Catch Crew to join our team in Monarto . This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while supporting the day-to-day operations of our farm. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a great team, and learning new skills, this could be the perfect role for you

Daily Tasks

General farm duties, including feeding and monitoring poultryChecking and maintaining bird health and welfareCleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipmentMonitoring and adjusting farm climate control systemsAssisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as neededDay and afternoon shifts available (may include weekend work)Allowances for relevant shift work and conditions

You will bring to this role

A positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamReliability and commitment to consistent work hoursA strong focus on safety and animal welfareAbility to perform manual labour in a farm environmentOwn transport to and from the farm (as public transport is limited)
