We are seeking a casual team member passionate about guiding customers to their next outfit.

Position Purpose

As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving personal sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will embody and demonstrate yd.'s values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity in all your actions, leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the brand's cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Represent the brand professionally and with integrity.

Performance Expectations

  • Implement our CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction to create an exceptional experience.
  • Achieve strong sales performance aligned with store goals.
  • Support the Store Manager in product movement to boost sales.
  • Maintain daily store standards according to VM guidelines.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of yd. products, features, and benefits using the product guide.
