Current Positions

We provide exceptional in-home care across the Perth South Eastern Suburbs of Western Australia. We are seeking a passionate, client-focused Personal Care Worker to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Bring to the Role :

  • Proven experience supporting neurodivergent clients.
  • Strong expertise in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide personal care and assist with daily activities as per the Client Care Plan.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including hygiene, toileting, nutrition, and mobility.
  • Identify care needs and work with the care team to ensure holistic care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Support clients with light housekeeping to promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate client notes and report concerns promptly.
  • Assist with mobility aids, exercises, and dressings under RN supervision.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Essential Requirements :

  • Cert III in Aged Care / Disability (or equivalent).
  • Current Senior First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications (with at least 3 months validity).
  • A roadworthy, insured vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Screening or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong mental health care skills.
  • Willingness to travel and flexible shifts.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Knowledge of home care legislation and standards.
  • Commitment to safety and infection control.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of person-centred care.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
