Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients Australia wide, Turner & Townsend are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ANZ Talent Team in Sydney.

Job Description
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
  • Manage all communication with candidates from application / approach until offer acceptance
  • Update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
  • Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
  • Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.

Qualifications
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists
  • Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
