Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer

We represent one of Australia's leading national law firms, who is looking for an experienced lawyer to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

The Team

You will be working closely with a highly regarded partner, in addition to other senior resources, within a wider team.

The team works with national and international clients, listed companies, SMEs, privately held companies and high net worth individuals.

The Role

As a key member of the team, on offer is exposure to broad disputes including:

  • Contractual claims.
  • Property matters.
  • Regulatory actions.
  • Insolvency proceedings.
  • Technology and intellectual property disputes.

It is a great team and you will gain exposure to friendly and supportive senior practitioners.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years' of post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
