Business Manager/Business Representative Brisbane

Panasales is the exclusive distributor in QLD, NSW, and ACT of Panasonic commercial and domestic air conditioners, a dynamic privately owned Australian business. We are looking to add a new member to our growing team of Air-conditioning specialists.
Position overview
This position is based at our QLD state office in Banyo and reports directly to the State Sales Manager.
The role involves working closely with our existing customer base to develop sales growth and attract new customers. The successful applicant will utilize Panasonic's extensive product range and all necessary tools to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing team.
Ideal candidates will possess some of the following attributes:
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets
- Managing and growing business in Brisbane and surrounding regions
- Reporting to management
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Having a sound understanding of HVAC products and industry
- An engineering or trade qualification is preferred, along with previous HVAC product experience
- Relevant experience in air conditioning system design, application engineering, or related industries
The successful candidate will be results-driven, demonstrate business acumen, and aim to deliver the best results for the company while adding value to customers' businesses.
This role suits an organized, driven individual with excellent communication skills committed to providing exceptional customer service by identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
