We are currently seeking a Repair Centre Manager to lead our brand new site in Prospect, commencing in November 2025. Don't miss this opportunity to join Australia's fastest growing, privately owned automotive repair network.

About the Role:
The Repair Centre Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing, leading and developing a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Overseeing all aspects of the repair shop, including workflow and ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintaining site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
- Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all customers.
About You:
- Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
- Passion for cars and delivering high-quality repairs.
- A positive attitude and a love for what you do.
- Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
