We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Teacher Librarian to join our team. Commencing 22 April 2025 to 26 January 2026, this part time (0.3) position will be teaching 8 periods per week (Thursdays and Fridays) with a 12:15pm finish on Fridays.

The role will have 2 periods dedicated to planning our Year 6 reading and research program, whilst working closely with students and staff to foster a love for reading and learning.

1. Assist with the Year 6 Library Program, guiding students in their literacy development and research skills.
2. Curate and maintain an engaging library collection that supports the curriculum and student interests.
3. Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into classroom learning.
4. Organize events and activities to promote reading and encourage a lifelong love of books.
5. Provide support and guidance to students in their independent learning and information-seeking skills.
