About the Role

We're getting ready to launch a brand-new, concept-led venue on the Northern Beaches – and we're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to help bring it to life.

In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the venue, support your team, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile. You'll be hands-on, love the buzz of a busy service, and know how to create a great atmosphere for both the team and our guests.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

• Creating an exceptional guest experience every time
• Leading, mentoring and motivating your team
• Taking charge of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Keeping a close eye on labour, costs and budgets to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring the vibe, product and service are all top tier

About You

You've been around the hospitality block a few times (around five years' experience in a similar role) and you know what great service, strong leadership and smart business operations look like. You're organised, driven, and most importantly – you're a people person.We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have solid food and wine knowledge
• Stay calm under pressure and lead with kindness
• Are ready to grow with a business that's going places
• Have your RSA and First Aid (or are happy to get them)
