About This Role

We're looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Arby's.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a general manager within a restaurant or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
  2. Ensure great hiring, training, and retention practices to reach sales and profit goals.
  3. Responsible for all aspects of the operation, including managing cash and food controls.
  4. Work alongside your teams to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification (training may be provided).
  2. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  3. Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
  4. Ready and willing to conduct all interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
  5. Expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line.
