We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for collaboration, food safety and maintaining quality standards, our Wacol team are looking to fill Morning Shift and Afternoon Shift roles which are spread across all days of the week, Saturday's and Public holidays.

These positions are initially offered on a casual basis with the opportunity to progress to permanent employment for the right candidates.

The Role Will Include Tasks Like

• Processing various fresh produce on production lines to complete customer orders
• Operating safely and responsibly across all areas of the factory
• A strong understanding of food safety standards, quality assurance, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) - training will be provided
• Working within a temperature controlled environment between 2 and 4 degrees on your feet
• Handling food products with care and correct procedure to maintain hygiene and quality
• Proactively reporting issues that may impact food quality and safety in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment
• Thriving in a collaborative team that supports each other to succeed
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience within manufacturing environments (FMCG experience highly regarded)
• Proven experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Zero Harm focus and awareness of food safety, quality and HACCP is desired but not required
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills essential
• Flexibility to work shifts that are spread across all days of the the week, including Saturday's and public holidays
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills - training will be provided
