Project Managers and Senior Project Managers - ALICE SPRINGS — RPS is seeking client-side Project Managers to join our team in Alice Springs. This role involves leading government and private sector initiatives, shaping communities, and delivering high‑profile projects with autonomy, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and frontline leadership.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in construction project delivery, ideally on the client side.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially Managing Contractor Contracts.
  • Excellent client, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Completed Construction Site WHS training.
  • AIPM Certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
