We are on the lookout for multiple labourers to support skilled tradespeople and machine operators on projects across the Illawarra. Upskilling and training will be available

Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Get sites ready for construction by assisting with clearing and setting up safety barriers.
  • Manual Labour: Perform essential physical tasks such as digging trenches, shoveling materials, and loading/unloading tools and equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the team to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
  • Essential: A valid White Card (General Construction Induction) and a driver's license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
  • Physical Fitness: Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliability: Punctual with a positive attitude.
