About the Position:

We are currently looking for both Senior and Rehabilitation Consultants to join a number of leading providers across Metro and Regional NSW.

As a Rehab Consultant, you'll support individuals recovering from injury or illness, whether physical or psychological, to safely return to work or remain at work. You'll manage a diverse caseload across a variety of schemes (including Workers Compensation, CTP, and Comcare), conducting assessments, developing return-to-work plans, and collaborating with key stakeholders such as employers, treating practitioners, and insurers.

Depending on the employer, the role may include early intervention, mental health support, workplace assessments, and functional capacity evaluations. You'll have the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, playing a key role in helping people regain independence and promoting workplace wellbeing.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling with relevant registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
• Experience in early intervention, mental health prevention, or workplace rehabilitation preferred
