Role Overview:

As a Production Support Analyst, you will be integral in ensuring the stability and performance of critical systems and applications used for investment management. In this role, you will work closely with both business and technical teams to support essential processes and ensure minimal disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical support for various financial and investment management products.
  • Take swift action to resolve production issues, investigating root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems remain operational.
  • Monitor key production systems, performing proactive checks and managing incidents as they arise.
  • Ensure service targets are met, working with teams to maintain system performance and reliability.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates on incidents and solutions.
  • Drive improvements in system performance and application processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, fostering a learning environment.
Skills & Experience:
  • At least five years of experience in production support roles, particularly within the financial sector.
  • Experience with a wide range of enterprise applications and financial systems including retail products
  • Understanding of the investment process, including the trade lifecycle and systems used in financial services.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud technologies, UNIX, Oracle databases, and Python scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with production monitoring tools and performing root cause analysis to identify solutions to technical challenges.
