Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager role at E1 Consulting. E1 is a SaaS tender management platform connecting commercial builders with subcontractors and suppliers. We are growing our team and expanding into the UK.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be a key leader on the E1 product team, responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the E1 Lead & Demand Management value proposition that enables Subcontractors and Suppliers to identify the best fit opportunities for their business. You will work closely with customers, engineering, design, general managers of our audiences, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact features that solve real-world problems for our users. This role requires a blend of strategic and commercial thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership. You will be expected to deeply understand the needs of the commercial construction industry, identify market opportunities, and translate those insights into a compelling product vision. The product is evolving to incorporate AI capabilities; candidates excited about transformation through LLM and GenAI would be a great addition.

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, aligning with the company's goals.
• Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and understand customer pain points and workflows in the commercial construction tech landscape.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your product area; communicate vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and successful launches and adoption.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product organization.

• Proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment; comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
• Experience with LLM and AI technology to create valuable market offerings is preferred.
• Strong customer insight skills; ability to understand workflows and pain points to inform product decisions.
• Proven history of shipping products with measurable impact on user value and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with commercial acumen and partnership across product, GTM, and executives.
• Humility, hunger, and team-player mindset.
