THE OPPORTUNITY

• An exciting opportunity to join the Australian Turf Club's dynamic and creative Marketing team. The Ticketing & Performance Coordinator will manage all aspects of raceday ticketing, update customer list accordingly and action internal business ticketing requests promptly. The role also supports the Senior Digital Manager with reporting and data management, including the distribution of Reports. A key focus will be on proactively identifying and resolving issues both in the lead-up to and during events.

Day to day, the role will;

• Manage ticketing products and capabilities to align with commercial goals
• Provide insights and reports to support business decisions and other reporting requirements
• Provide customer sales data to support campaigns and post-event analysis
• Ensure smooth customer journey
• Communicate across departments to ensure ticketing and reporting needs are met
• Experience indata mapping, ensuring accurate ticket type allocation.

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

• Experience withticketing platforms, ideallyTicketmasterandTM1 is desired.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail in managingcustomer lists,event configurations, andinternal reporting.
• Ability to generate and interpretattendance and financial reports.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passionate about delivering great digital customer experiences
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
