Role Overview

As a Senior Executive Consultant, you will partner with CEOs and executive leadership teams to address complex business challenges, optimise organisational structures, and execute high-stakes strategies. This role demands exceptional strategic insight, proven consulting expertise, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. You will complement Executive Consulting Group's existing strengths in leadership development and performance coaching by leading projects focused on business transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business process reviews and implement reengineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with strategic objectives.
  • Design and realign organisational structures to support growth, leveraging both existing capabilities and innovative frameworks.
  • Provide executive coaching to C-suite leaders, fostering accountability and ensuring strategic execution.
  • Deliver high-level strategy consulting, guiding clients through complex transformations to achieve measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with ECG's leadership to shape firm-wide methodologies and contribute to thought leadership in transformation and strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategic planning, with a track record of delivering results for executive-level clients.
  • Expertise in process mapping, business analysis, and organisational design.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics.
  • Certification in NLP or experience in mindset/performance coaching is advantageous but not essential.
