About the Practice Group

In a competitive Real Estate market, experience with a global perspective is indispensable. Dentons' Real Estate team operates at the industry's forefront, working with market leading initiatives and technology both locally and internationally. Dentons advises on transactions, structuring management of property interests, sales, purchases and complex leasing and has particular expertise in complex developments and titling. Our reputation has been built on helping clients expedite the development process and effectively managing contractual and commercial risk.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a 2-4 year property lawyer to work in a successful team advising clients on a range of property related transactions. These include major property developments, acquisitions and disposals, commercial, retail, industrial leasing, acquisition and disposal management rights and ancillary assets, property syndicates, advising on joint ventures, strata and community schemes and tax, stamp duty and GST effective structures.

You will be exposed to some fantastic property deals, work with great blue chip clients as well as work in a supportive and friendly environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an established real estate lawyer looking to further develop their skills and work for a leading team. There are excellent opportunities for progression for the successful candidate.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will be a technically savvy and experienced lawyer with excellent academics, and between two and four years' relevant post admission property experience gained at an established law firm. You will possess the ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment, have strong technical and client relationship skills with strong attention to detail.
