Full-time Junior Lawyer / Law Graduate role in Toowoomba, joining a reputable firm's Wills & Estate team with direct mentorship and client exposure.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Working closely with Directors and senior lawyers in the Wills & Estate team at the Toowoomba office
- Receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals
- Managing a diverse workload, including will and estate planning, power of attorney, trusts, and estate administration
- Building and maintaining relationships with an established client base, as well as developing new client connections
- Delivering professional, timely, and up-to-date legal advice to clients
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Admitted solicitor with 1–3 years post-admission experience, or a Law graduate working toward admission
- Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Prior experience in Will & Estate Law, or a keen interest in this field with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work
- Comfortable using electronic file systems
- Sound diary and time recording management skills
