Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Directors and senior lawyers in the Wills & Estate team at the Toowoomba office
  • Receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals
  • Managing a diverse workload, including will and estate planning, power of attorney, trusts, and estate administration
  • Building and maintaining relationships with an established client base, as well as developing new client connections
  • Delivering professional, timely, and up-to-date legal advice to clients
About You

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Admitted solicitor with 1–3 years post-admission experience, or a Law graduate working toward admission
  • Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Prior experience in Will & Estate Law, or a keen interest in this field with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in work
  • Comfortable using electronic file systems
  • Sound diary and time recording management skills
