An exciting new role has become available for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team. Reporting to the Regional ACES Manager, you will drive process excellence within our Amazon Last Mile Delivery business.

You will contribute to coordinating changes across all Delivery Station operations, providing teams with alignment and knowledge before change approval. This role also involves monitoring the adoption of changes after implementation.

This highly collaborative role requires solving complex problems with simple, practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of operational processes. You will create effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams, enabling overall process alignment.

Please note this role is based in a delivery station (Sydney, NSW) and will require travel within NSW. You will need to work across non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.

Key job responsibilities

  • Processing Change Request Intake and planning requests in Sprint Cycles
  • Communicating with project owners and engaging with stakeholder teams to ensure positive collaboration
  • End-to-end coordination of change development and implementation, ensuring content and deployment readiness
  • Implementing small changes in training content
  • Supporting Operations / customers with up-to-date information on the change pipeline
  • Utilizing data analysis to generate and explain metrics

Qualifications and experience
