The Leea Hotel Darwin, formerly Travelodge Darwin, is embarking on an exciting transformation under the Prendiville Group, a proudly West Australian, family-owned company renowned for its exceptional hospitality venues. With 136 hotel rooms, 32 townhouses, and expansive function spaces, we are set to redefine dining experiences and establish The Leea Hotel as one of Darwin's prominent destinations.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front and back of house
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Drive revenue and profitability through strategic initiatives
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
