- TCSA Wages TWPZ Plumber Award, Salary package $79,056 (includes base salary of $70,060 +superannuation) +penalties and additional bonus annual leave
About The Role…
You will join the team that provide a broad range of plumbing, draining and gasfitting services for cyclic maintenance, restoration, repairs and construction work.
- This is a Monday to Friday role; 7am till 330pm Rotating weekend roster; to discuss in the interview process
- 5 weeks annual leave

- Perform all types of plumbing, draining and gasfitting maintenance, restoration repairs and construction work as directed
- Adhere to work requisition systems and follow through with projects in an efficient and effective manner.
- Work effectively as a member of a high performing team, to assist Taronga in its achievement of strategic outcomes.
- Ensure work is performed in a timely, cost effective manner to prescribed quality standards to meet stakeholder and Taronga needs.
- Perform all trade and non-trade related work activities as scheduled / allocated and instructed by the Leading Hand Plumber or management.
We are looking for candidates that have:
- Current license in Plumber/ Drainer/ Gasfitting/ LP Gasfitting – desirable
- Experience in Filtration systems highly desirable
- Hepatitis A and B vaccinations (or ability to get these before you begin in the role)
- Ability to attend a Pre-employment medical examination; Taronga will pay for this.
- Hold a current NSW Drivers License or ability to have existing license formally recognised, including manual
- Experience in all aspects of the plumbing trade desirable
- Maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check
