About the OrganisationYamatji Marlpa Aboriginal Corporation (YMAC) is the Native Title Representative Body (NTRB), delivering native title and other services across the Pilbara, Mid West, Murchison and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia. YMAC is run by a First Nations board of directors, representing several native title groups, each of whom have their own language, culture, traditions and protocols.

About the RoleYMAC is currently seeking a full time (75 hours per fortnight) Office Junior to join the team in our Perth office on a permanent contract. The primary aim of this role is to provide administrative support to the various departments within YMAC.
About YouYou may be looking to start your administrative career in a supportive team that is dedicated to your professional development, training, and growth. You will have the desire to provide effective and efficient administrative support for various departments under the direction of the Senior Information Management Officer, which can include support such as: organising travel arrangements, general administrative support (filing, printing, binding, and laminating), organising catering, conducting bi-monthly stocktakes for office stationery in the Perth Office and ordering required items, and assisting with reception duties when and as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a reception or similar customer service role is desirable
- Certificate in Business/Administration (or working towards) is desirable
Skills
- High level interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills prioritising own work to agreed deadlines with ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
- Experienced in the use of all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and general office equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, and effective team working
- Proactive approach and ability to provide initiative
