Job Description

We are expanding our team in Alexandria and surrounding suburbs We would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.

We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists of all experience levels seeking full-time or part-time roles.

In this role, you will:

  1. Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  2. Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goals for each participant.
  3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  4. Support and advise on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  5. Recommend assistive technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.

Qualifications

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and eager to learn from new ideas.
  • Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
