Overview

BOQ Group is seeking Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) Analysts to safeguard the organization against money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities. The ECDD Analyst will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion of initial and ongoing ECDD processes and maintain client files in alignment with the bank's AML/CTF program. The role involves investigating high-risk entities, reviewing ownership, control, and beneficiaries data, identifying legal representatives and authorised signatories, evaluating information from customers, determining risk factors, and providing assessments based on investigative research. You will collaborate with various business units during onboarding and ongoing due diligence, guiding the business to address data discrepancies related to KYC information. You will also address escalations and inquiries within the department.



About You

The ideal candidate is seeking a meaningful career with proven AML/CTF experience and a track record of regulatory compliance. You are analytical, detail-oriented, proficient in stakeholder management, and skilled at problem-solving. You are a team player who values integrity and compliance. Understanding corporate structures, previous Enhanced Due Diligence experience, and strong knowledge of AML/CTF requirements are preferred.
